Teck Design and Marketing began over 15 years ago with a vision to help businesses thrive in an increasingly digital world. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients—regional, national, and global. From the rugged industries of the Pilbara to the dynamic markets of America and New Zealand, our experience spans industries, cultures, and business challenges. Each project sharpened our skills and strengthened our commitment to helping clients succeed online.
You might recognise the iconic ‘Power Eye’, a symbol of our brand for many years. It represented focus, strength, and vision. But as times change, so do we. Now, we’re evolving—embracing a new direction that reflects our adaptability, innovation, and commitment to staying ahead in a constantly shifting digital landscape.

The Founder
Esther Anderson
Esther is the Founder of the Teck Creative Agency. Having always been a geek and lover of anything cyber related, she now consults as a Digital Strategist to Businesses and Professionals.
Esther loves nothing more than diving into other people’s business, finding out what makes them tick and taking their passion to the cyber silver screen so they too can showcase their dreams.
Esther regularly holds training in social media and digital strategy, has two podcast shows, guests on the ABC radio about cyber security and the Internet of things and consults with professionals on how to maximise being online.
Unfortunately, Esther is also a Cat Tragic who believes that cats are like chocolates, It is hard to stop at one. (She has three.)

Mark R.

Mark is our Project Manager and Creative Director.
He came across the above quote 17 years ago and he has carried it with him since then, in everything he does. He believes that people are given the capacity to Create and it is best enjoyed when done excellently.
He’s worn different hats – as a designer, visual artist and project manager – and in all of these roles he learned that the highest fulfillment comes in knowing that his clients are 100% satisfied with what he delivered.

Vic is the Head of the Design and Development Team, covering all types of site work from WordPress to PSD to HTML or CMS conversions.
His keenest interest lies on being an internet security watchman. Studying Ethical Hacking, he uses his powers for good not evil. He spends most of his time with his computer. When not working, he is always learning new things.
He loves the beauty of nature. His favorite place on earth is on the peak of the local mountains. He normally plays around with one or two of his cats. He wonders why people get surprised when he says he has 25 rescued cats.

With over 18 years of experience working online, Sally has turned her passion for digital marketing into a thriving career. She’s an experienced Content Marketing Manager with a knack for crafting strategies that deliver real results. From social media management and SEO to email marketing and WordPress wizardry, Sally brings a wealth of expertise to every project.
Known for her creativity and communication skills, Sally has worked across various industries, including nonprofits and public relations, always with a focus on making an impact.
When Sally’s not busy building digital strategies, you’ll find her exploring old thrift stores in search of the elusive masterpiece and hidden treasure.

Carmela is our Journalist Extraordinaire and Content Manager.
At work, she constantly learns new things. Working for TDM is fun and never boring! She came to the company a year after it was established and with the growth of TDM she can say that she’s grown too.
It is in her nature to oversee the in-house content and copy writing. She ensures that all content is consistent across Marketing and Social Media strategies. She’s into special projects and events which she finds challenging and intensive but also rewarding. TDM has become her cyber home.
